Grocery Support Program

This application must be completed in full and submitted with a receipt to support the application.

The receipt must be dated and completed within the last 30 days of the submission date. Photo of the receipt will suffice if fully legible and shows all information. Original receipts must be available if requested.

Receipts must be paid in cash, Debit or Credit. Please note payment by Gift Card will not be accepted.

All applications will be reviewed and considered; please note that we will be only able to fund based off of our monthly budgets.

We will only accept one application per household for a maximum $250. If the receipt is more than the allowance; we will only be able to fund $250.

What Qualifies : Milk, eggs, deli items, fruits and vegetables, dry goods, meats and frozen meals. Bottled water, infant formula and specialty meal replacements are able to be submitted

Items that do not qualify; such as juices, pops; chips, pizzas, diapers and non-essential food items

The personal information you provide will only be used as necessary to apply for the program and comply with any legal reporting requirements for this program and will only be disclosed to AGLC, and only if requested in writing and approved by the Executive Director of Bear Hills Casino Society, to Louis Bull Tribe. Any banking information you provide will only be accessible by the Bear Hills Casino Society executives and shall not be disclosed to any other party, including Louis Bull Tribe.

If you are contacted and approved; you will need to provide banking information for direct deposits. There will be no cash or cheques issued for receipts. Payments will be issued and completed before March 31st, 2026. Any questions on purchases must be answered before payment.
